Believe it or not fun is our third Corporate Value. Yes, at Kitchen Kettle Village we expect you to have fun – whether you work here or you’re a guest. After all you’re on vacation, right? Everyone wants to have fun on vacation.

If you think about it, it’s hard work to have fun. And you have to be willing to take a risk, to potentially look a little foolish and to engage other people in your idea of fun. As we get older, that’s harder and harder to do. We’re so worried about what other people might think. So here at Kitchen Kettle, we give you permission to have fun. Where else can you try garlic jelly for free? Or surprise a friend by inviting her to do the Cannin’ ‘n Jammin’ tour and make jelly with you right in the canning kitchen? Or help your grandchild decorate a gingerbread cookie or join her in having dinner with Mrs. Claus?

Our latest product, Kitchen Kettle Kourses even lets you have fun while you’re “in school”. I’m offering four different training seminars where you get to hear and discuss some of the tricks of our trade but you also get to participate in some of the meetings we have or our welcome for new employees. It’s a lot of fun!
